Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier is an urban development project located in the heart of HafenCity, Hamburg. Inspired by the idea of creating an integrated district, this ambitious project combines residential and workspaces with impressive cultural offerings and modern leisure facilities. Connecting Hamburg's historical past with a futuristic approach to sustainability, Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier stands as a model of urban transformation.

Over 8,500 uniquely shaped glass panels, each one with a different shape. The roof panels include laminated heat-strengthened glass with Trosifol® PVB interlayer, while the larger panels along the building facades were laminated with SentryGlas®. All panels feature a solar control coating, Guardian Industries Sunguard HD Light Blue 52.

Westfield Hamburg-Überseequartier presents itself as a vibrant district, integrating culture, leisure, and commerce in an innovative way. This development includes a 10-screen cinema, international and local restaurants, bars, cafés, medical and wellness centers, as well as a state-of-the-art cruise terminal. All buildings are certified under the BREEAM Excellent and DGNB Gold standards.
