Architecture
Butacite® G interlayers are 100% recycled PVB available in clear and color for automotive and architectural use. The interlayers are manufactured from collected postindustrial PVB trimmings, and are supplied to glass laminators as rolled sheet goods.By carefully sorting and reprocessing PVB trimmings generated during the production of laminated glass, Kuraray helps assure that Butacite® G sheeting is a clean, reliable raw material for use with new safety glass laminates.

Automotive
Butacite® G is manufactured for optimum yield and impact performance in automotive windshields. Laminators and their customers are responsible for defining and assuring finished laminate visual acceptance standards consistent with use of this product, either in OEM equipment or as replacement glass (aftermarket).
