可乐丽株式会社发现，中国国内部分厂商存在侵害其知识产权的行为，包括擅自生产、销售未经授权的离子性中间膜产品。这些知识产权涵盖专利、商标、著作权及其他专有技术等，是可乐丽的核心经营资产，公司对任何侵权行为均予以高度重视。

2025年，可乐丽株式会社（总部：日本国东京都千代田区，社长：川原仁）的中国全资子公司 —— 可乐丽国际贸易（上海）有限公司（以下简称 “可乐丽”），在中国广东省东莞市，就东莞市群安塑胶实业有限公司侵害知识产权及不正当竞争事宜，向法院提起诉讼。

2026 年 1 月，可乐丽取得一审胜诉判决。

2026 年 5 月，东莞市中级人民法院作出终审判决，认定东莞市群安塑胶实业有限公司构成知识产权侵权，并判令其承担损害赔偿责任。

可乐丽将继续维护自身知识产权，并依据相关法律法规，对各类涉嫌侵权及不正当竞争行为采取相应法律措施。

本次针对群安公司的维权诉讼，是可乐丽在中国整体知识产权保护战略的重要一环。可乐丽将持续加大在华知识产权保护力度，积极开展各项维权措施，并依据适用法律对涉嫌侵权行为采取相应行动，旨在帮助客户持续信赖正品产品。
