One Thousand Museum (OTM) is a towering residential structure that spans 62 floors and overlooks Biscayne Bay, located beside Museum Park in Miami. Its design seamlessly integrates both structural and architectural elements, exuding a sense of fluidity.

The building boasts seven stories of podium parking, as well as half and full-floor penthouses, including a duplex penthouse. Residents can enjoy a variety of luxurious amenities such as a double-height aquatic center, sky lounge, indoor/outdoor pools, wellness/spa level, and a rooftop helipad.
To withstand the powerful hurricane winds that can hit Miami, the building is equipped with a diagonal bracketing system that provides added strength, while its base columns fan out and meet at the corners to create a tube-like shape that offers additional resistance to wind.
