IMPORTANT

• The bags must not contain competitors’ films
• The bags must contain only one type of film
• The bags must not contain PE interlayer films of other plastic matter
• The bags must not contain paper, labels or other foreign matter

 

COLLECTING INSTRUCTIONS

TROSIFOL®-Trimmings must be collected either directly in colourless PE (polyethylene) bags provided for this purpose (see chapter provided materials) or they can be initially placed in very clean plastic or metal bins and then transferred to aforementioned PE bags. The following advises how to return the PE bags.

 

NEXT STAGE FOR THE FULL PE BAGS

TROSIFOL® provides re-usable plastic boxes or pre-cut corrugated, octangular cardboard sheets for one-way octabins. The bottom, side panel and cover of the one-way octabin must be folded appropriately and placed on a disposable pallet measuring approx. 115 x 115 cm. Each box accomodates up to 20 full PE bags. Each bag must weigh no more than 20 kg. We would like to remind you to fill each box according to the type of film. This helps us to select and use the received boxes more rapidly. The full boxes are secured with the lid in place. This guarantees that your consignement will not be contaminated. In case of contamination the TROSIFOL®-trimmings cannot be put into the recycling circuit. Please paste the label provided by TROSIFOL® to the bin in the specified location.

• One-way octabin: L 110 cm x W 110 cm x H 90 cm

• Re-usable plstic box: L 120 cm x W 100 cm x H 100 cm

STORAGE OF FULL OCTABINS

Full octabins containing approx. 20 PE bags can be stacked up to 2 pallets high. Be careful to use only TROSIFOL® original pallets or pallets of similar stability. They are made of wood and are stable, otherwise the octabins may be damaged. They should be stored in an absolutely dry, but not too hot, indoor location. Refrigerated storage is not necessary.
