Weil Lob in Troisdorf bei der Firma Kuraray Trosifol arbeitet und in unserer Stadt inzwischen bestens bekannt ist, wird

am Samstag, 26. Mai 2012, ab 21.00 Uhr auf Burg Wissem, Burgallee, Troisdorf-Mitte,

der Song-Contest öffentlich übertragen. Der Eintritt zum Public Viewing im Burghof ist frei, Einlass ist ab 19.30 Uhr. Veranstalter ist die Stadt Troisdorf in Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Trosifol und mit freundlicher Unterstützung der Kreissparkasse Köln. Roman Lob war mit seiner herausragenden souligen Stimme schon Teilnehmer der Casting-Show DSDS. Beim Finale zur Teilnahme in Baku gab es „viel Lob für Lob“. Bei Trosifol macht er eine Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker. Die Stadt wünscht ihm viel Erfolg und den Zuschauern viel Vergnügen beim Public Viewing auf Burg Wissem!

Mit einem ähnlich guten Ergebnis wie 2008 hat TROSIFOL auch im vergangenen Jahr die regelmäßig durchgeführte Kundenzufriedenheitsanalyse abschlossen. Ein unabhängiges Marktforschungsunternehmen attestiert der Marke TROSIFOL ein exzellentes Abschneiden! Verglichen mit deutschen Schulnoten wurde eine 1,8 vergeben. Das Ergebnis liegt über dem Durchschnitt vergleichbarer Unternehmen.

Ein herzlicher Dank geht an alle TROSIFOL Kunden. Die TROSIFOL Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sehen in diesem Ergebnis Lob und Anerkennung für ihr großes Engagement.

Durchgeführt hatte die aufwendigen Telefon-Interviews das Marktforschungsinstitut „FBInnovation“ aus Neuss bei Düsseldorf. Sie werteten 214 Interviews von 300 insgesamt Befragten aus und erstellten daraus Ergebnis-Schwerpunkte, aber auch Handlungsempfehlungen.

Als besondere Stärken von TROSIFOL haben sich diese Kriterien herauskristallisiert: Produktqualität, technische Unterstützung, Service, Liefertermine und Kundendienst. Fast 70 Prozent der Befragten gaben an, das Geschäft mit TROSIFOL in den nächsten zwei Jahren auszuweiten bzw. auf dem aktuellen Niveau weiter zu entwickeln.

Aber auch Schwächen wurden herausgearbeitet und analysiert. Diese Analysen bilden die Basis für die weiteren Verbesserungen, denen sich Mitarbeiter der Bereiche Sales und Technical Service in der nahen Zukunft widmen werden. Die Anregungen für weiteres Entwicklungspotenzial aus den Analysen werden ernst genommen und in den nächsten Monaten gemeinsam mit den Kunden bearbeitet.

]]> Wed, 16 May 2012 11:47:00 +0200 TROSIFOL presents complete range of PVB films for architectural, photovoltaic and automotive glazing. http://www.trosifol.com/en/trosifol/einzelansicht/?tx_ttnews%5Btt_news%5D=85&cHash=cc032a46d3 23rd China Glass 2012 At this year’s “China International Glass Industry Technology Exhibition of 2012” in Shanghai, China, TROSIFOL, a division of Kuraray Europe GmbH, presented its entire range of PVB films for architectural, photovoltaic and automotive glazing.

One of the highlights was the new, design-inspiring BLACK & WHITE product line. This product range of the Kuraray subsidiary is based on two new PVB films, Brilliant Black and Diamond White, in a 0.76 mm thickness. These are supplemented by three more design films in different shades of white and different degrees of opacity. By introducing this new segment, the Troisdorf film specialist is extending its target group and appealing to architects, planners and interior designers.


The PVB encapsulation films for photovoltaic modules – TROSIFOL SOLAR – were presented as integrated in customer modules, one thin-layer and two crystalline modules.

The vibrant COLOUR product line was illustrated with different-coloured glass panes, while automotive glazing expertise was demonstrated with several windscreens. The latter segment is all set to grow in importance now that TROSIFOL has announced its decision to invest almost EUR 20 million in the coming two years in the expansion of PVB film production for automotive glazing.


China Glass 2012 at the SHANGHAI NEW INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTER (SNEC) is organised by the Chinese Ceramic Society (CCS) and the Shanghai Ceramic Society. Registered were 842 exhibitors from 23 countries, including Italy, France, Austria, Australia, Finland, Germany and others. The exhibition occupied approximately 55,000 square metres of space. China Glass is now one of the biggest international fairs in its sector in Asia and one of the world’s most influential fairs devoted to glass.

The company will invest nearly EUR 20 million in an additional production line, which will increase capacity enormously when it comes on stream at year-end 2013. Kuraray is also investigating strategic options to increase capacity in Asia with a strong focus on India.

The investment is a response to rising global demand from the automotive industry for PVB film for laminated safety glass and should greatly increase TROSIFOL's share of this market. With its TROSIFOL brand Kuraray is already Europe's leading supplier of PVB film for the production of laminated safety glass for architectural glazing.

"The new production line in Troisdorf will be specifically geared to the automotive industry's stringent quality requirements," says Ralf Eschrich, who heads the TROSIFOL Division at Kuraray Europe GmbH. "At the same time, we will be stepping up the number of staff working in research & development and technical service. The aim is to raise our presence in this key growth market and position ourselves as a strong and competent partner for customers in the automotive industry."

Damit ist er offizieller Vertreter Deutschlands beim „Eurovision Song Contest“ Ende Mai in Baku, der Hauptstadt von Aserbaidschan. Die Zuschauer haben gewählt: Der Titel „Standing still“ wird es sein, den er dort singen wird.

In einem spannenden Finale haben bei Interpreten, Ornella de Santis und Roman Lob, ihr Bestes gegeben. Letztlich konnte sich Roman knapp vor Ornella behaupten und die meisten Stimmen auf seine Seite ziehen.

Mit einem selbst produzierten Kurzvideo hatten ihn seine Kolleginnen und Kollegen von TROSIFOL noch einmal angefeuert und versucht, die letzten Reserven zu mobilisieren. Der Backstage-Beitrag wurde gestern sogar bei TVtotal gesendet:

Alles hat im Finale gepasst und Roman war in Topform!
Der Titel „Standing Still“ steht bereits heute zum download bereit. Ab Dienstag nächster Woche ist die CD erhältlich.

Roman Lob hatte schon mit 16 erste Erfolge in der Casting-Show „Deutschland sucht den Superstar“. Dort hatte er es mit seiner souligen Stimme bis unter die letzten 20 geschafft, musste aber aufgrund einer Kehlkopfentzündung aufgeben. Außerdem zog er es vor, zunächst seine Ausbildung zum Industriemechaniker bei TROSIFOL zu beenden. TROSIFOL und eine vernünftige Berufsausbildung waren ihm wichtiger.

Der Arbeitsplatz muss nun erst mal warten. Mit Standing Ovations feierte ihn das Final-Publikum in der gestrigen Show und auch die Jury hielt nicht mit Lob zurück: „Lob für Lob“ von Stefan Raab, Thomas D. und Frida Gold-Sängerin Alina Süggeler für alle drei Stücke.
